Dan has served in youth ministry for 15 years. He has worked as a parish youth coordinator and music ministry leader. Dan has served as a youth retreat leader and keynote presenter. He has also coordinated music and led praise and worship for youth conferences and retreats. Dan and his wonderful wife Renee live in sunny Yakima with their three children, Roseanna, Connor and Katie.

Laura has diverse ministry experience ranging from worship leader to youth minister. After serving 2 years on the Reach Team she went back to school and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Northern State University, in Aberdeen, SD. Throughout the past 15 year Laura has been a parish youth minister, music coordinator in two parishes, helped with various Search and TEC retreats, and managed a Christian coffee shop. Retreat ministry has always held a special place in Laura's heart and she joined the REACH staff in 2001.
